Put Some Hot Sauce On It— Remember when you started seeing Coca-Cola Freestyle machines at your fav fast-food spots? Maybe you thought, I just want my large Dr. Pepper, thank you, but then you started realizing the possibilities, (100+ choices). Kraft Heinz, maker of iconic sauces,  has done the always-carry-personal-hot sauce set a favor. The Remix machine, a condiment customizer with over 200 flavor combinations, debuted at the 2023 National Restaurant Association show last Saturday. No word yet on when you can unpack the hot sauce from your daily carry. [Don’t] Throw it Away— A TikToker named Gavin performed a social media experiment, eating foods that were past their recommended “use-by” dates in an effort to demonstrate a simple way to reduce food waste. It passed for scientific method during Dr. Harvey Washington Wiley’s tenure as USDA’s chief chemist.” Yikes. Tuesday are For…— Did you know Taco Tuesday was a trademarked phrase? It is NOT owned by Taco Bell.  It was trademarked by Taco John’s® over thirty-years ago. Did you know that Lebron James once tried to trademark the phrase Taco Tuesday? Seriously. Finally— Ice Cream?
