Nuggets; Eggs Are Too Damn Expensive Pt. IV; Happy Meals; Edibles; Ramadan

Wait, What?— KFC has a new addition to their menu—chicken nuggets. (I know, right?) To be fair, KFC has had popcorn chicken on their menu for years and one reviewer of the new nuggets called them exactly that, just bigger. Over @Popeyes there’s a new something that’s a little less expected. Just in Time for Easter— Dollar Tree stores across the nation have stopped selling eggs. You don’t have to guess why. Eggs won’t return to the chain until this Fall. …Maybe. Counterintuitive— Folks of a certain age will recall the documentary movie, ‘Super Size Me’ , in which Morgan Spurlock ate only McDonald’s for a month, gained weight, and made himself sick. Kevin Maginniss’ experience with a month of Mickey D’s has been the opposite of that. Munchies— “Seventy-two percent of Americans have used cannabis at least once over the past year, and the drug is now legal in some capacity in 38 states…” Everyone isn’t smoking it. Cannabis-infused snacks and edibles are expected to reach $6 billion in legal sales by 2025. Finally— Ramadan Mubarek.
