Susie Fogelson, former senior vice president of marketing and brand strategy at Food Network and judge for 10 years on Food Network Star, will lead ThroughCo Food’s integrated program of experiential, earned, social and paid media brand-building initiatives designed to highlight the breadth and depth of the delicious food offerings available to the millions of consumers who visit, shop, dine and experience everything that is American Dream each year. An equally important goal of the communications and marketing campaign is to reach a range of chefs, food talent, corporate sponsors, media partners, restaurateurs and other innovators seeking to align their brands within the extraordinary promise of Dine the Dream.

American Dream offers over 50 distinct food experiences across its three million square foot property with a collection of world class restaurants including: Carpaccio, serving authentically Italian food defined by fresh, locally sourced ingredients; Marcus Live!, developed by Swedish-American celebrity chef Marcus Samuelsson with a menu of funky, casual classics; Jarana, serving Peruvian cuisine influenced by Japanese, Chinese and Italian flavors; MrBeast Burger, developed by internet star Jimmy Donaldson; Mozzarella Bar, complete with wine, charcuterie and savory flatbreads; House of ‘Que, offering the best in Texas-style BBQ; Little Sheep, known for its world-famous Mongolian Hot Pot; Szechuan Opera, offering the best Chinese food in the area; Yard House, a classic pub with more than 100 beers on tap; and The GAMEROOM, powered by Hasbro, a nostalgic arcade with a host of boardwalk style foods plus over the top milkshakes.
