(You can’t order from Longhorn Steakhouse either btw—but you can pick up to-go orders from both). Where the Fish Are— Economic growth in China has triggered an increase in their middle-class population. Apparently it has also triggered the expansion of the nation’s fishing fleet, and an increase in their activity in waters not-so-close to home. And yes, some say that’s a bit fishy. From Ugly Duckling to Swan— Food-tech startup, ANINA Culinary Ltd., has created a meal pod using upcycled vegetables, which would otherwise become waste due their appearance. The pods are a high protein, high fiber, full-meal alternative containing 40% of daily recommended vegetables.  Finally— Craving domestic travel? Not craving meat? You’re welcome.
