Katie Russo

Katie is a Senior Account Director at ThroughCo, where she leads strategic, narrative-shaping campaigns for clients across the technology, commercial real estate, financial services, food and beverage, and healthcare sectors. She provides counsel on earned media, thought leadership, and high-impact social media programs, and has supported clients through reputation-defining moments, including major transactions, bankruptcies, leadership transitions, product launches, and crisis situations. Her client roster includes the Council of Federal Home Loan Banks, Petros PACE Finance, Picsart, United Therapeutics, Workspace Property Trust, and others.

Prior to joining ThroughCo, Katie served as Chief of Staff for an emerging tech-enabled food logistics startup, where she oversaw communications and strategy. Earlier in her career, she held increasingly senior management roles at Bed Bath & Beyond, focusing on customer experience and operational excellence.
